FACILITIES and SERVICES
THE PRODUCTION PROCESS
MOULDING
Castings are produced in two hand-molding departments, supported by a dedicated core-making department.
CASTING
Departments are supplied by three furnaces, including: two electric induction furnaces (28 tons each) and one rotary furnace (25 tons).
FINISHING
We have a finishing department where the castings undergo shot blasting, fettling, and painting.
ENGINEERING
Our technical office is equipped with a 3D design system and MAGMASOFT software for casting simulation.
PATTERN SHOP
We are equipped with an internal pattern shop for the construction and maintenance of wooden patterns.
LOGISTICS
National and international shipping of our products, also thanks to the collaboration with reliable logistical partners.
MACHINING
We provide pre-machining and final machining operations in full compliance with all customer specifications and requirements.
